UN R16: Proposal for Supplement 11 to the 06 series of amendments

Proposal to correct an oversight by adding the minimum requirement for at least a two-point lap belt (Br3, Br4m, Br4Nm) for use with rearward facing child restraints for M3 as is already the case for M2 vehicles.
This proposal (WP.29/2018/128) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R16 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
