It provides an update of the progress achieved within the IWVTA informal group since the submission of document WP.29/2013/134. As a result of this progress, the majority of outstanding issues have been resolved, leaving only a few issues which need further fine-tuning by the IWVTA sub-group on the review of the 1958 Agreement.
