For its fifty-seventh session, scheduled to be held in Geneva from 5 (starting at 2.30 p.m.) to 7 (concluding at 5.30 p.m.) February 2013, GRB noted that the deadline for submission of official documents to the secretariat was 9 November 2012, twelve weeks prior to the session. Moreover, the following provisional agenda was adopted:
