The Executive Committee shall be composed of all the Contracting Parties in accordance with the rules of procedure set out in Annex B (Articles 5 to 5.2.) of the 1998 Agreement (ECE/TRANS/132 and Corr.1). At its first session each year, AC.3 is expected to elect the officers for the year.
