GRE will be informed about the progress of the Informal Working Group “Simplification of the Lighting and Light-Signalling Regulations” (IWG SLR) and will address amendment proposals prepared by IWG SLR, if available

At the previous session, GRE agreed to revert to the package of amendment proposals to UN Regulations Nos. 148, 149 and 150 that were submitted by the expert from Netherlands (Kingdom of the) with the aim to take onboard the recent amendments to Schedule 5 of the 1958 Agreement on the Unique Identifier (UI).

GRE may also wish to resume considering of the principle “prohibited if not allowed” for the lamp installation according to UN Regulation No. 48.
