GRPE may wish to consider a proposal from the expert of the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) to amend definitions for Special Purpose Vehicles in the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3).
GRPE may wish to consider any other proposals, if any.
