The expert from EC presented (GRPE-76-15) introducing ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2018/3 with a proposal for a draft 05 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 96 to harmonize it with the new European Union Regulation (2016/1628) on Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) with some corrections by GRPE-76-12. GRPE adopted the proposal as amended (GRPE-76-12) and requested the secretariat to submit ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2018/3 and Annex IX (to the session report) to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote at their June 2018 sessions as draft 05 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 96.
