Text as adopted by the Working Party on Brakes and Running Gear (GRRF) at its 74th session to add the paragraph:

“Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall continue to grant approvals to those types of vehicles which comply with the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 6 to the original version of this Regulation.”

Text based upon a proposal from CLEPA and OICA as adopted by the Working Party on Brakes and Running Gear (GRRF) at its 74th session to harmonize UN R13-H with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 135 on electric vehicle requirements with regard to the regenerative braking system (RBS).
