During its 77th session, GRSP received positively the proposal for an amendment to UN Global Technical Regulation No. 13 (see ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/77, paragraph 6). Following the adoption by the Executive Committee of the 1998 Agreement (AC.3) in its November 2025 session of the request for authorization to develop an amendment to UN Global Technical Regulation No. 13 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/161), GRSP may wish to officially endorse the amendments contained in informal document GRSP-77-48, so that they can be submitted to AC.3.
