Proposal to align UN Regulation No. 141 with the transitional provisions of European Union Regulation 2019/2144.

Proposal to introduce an alternative procedure for Type Approval of trailers (vehicles of category O3 and O4), regarding their Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) / Tyre Pressure Refilling System (TPRS) / Central Tyre Inflation System (CTIS).

Proposal to align the transitional provisions in UN Regulation No. 142 with the transitional provisions in Regulation (EU) 2019/2144.
