GRBP is invited to consider a proposal which has been submitted by the experts of the Bureau International Permanent des Associations de Vendeurs et Rechapeurs de pneumatiques (BIPAVER) with the aim to align the test procedures for retreaded tyres with the amendments to UN Regulations Nos. 30 and 117 adopted at the previous session.
