Baarbé noted that the REC group is not fully represented and therefore the approval of the draft minutes of the 13th REC meeting (doc. REC-13-06) that was held in Geneva on 16 January 2013, should be done at the 15th plenary REC meeting that will be held in Geneva on 3 June 2013 (AM).
