Proposal to amend footnotes in paras. 1.4. and 5.5.2. to update references to the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3.), and amend paras. 6.1.2.4.1.6.1. and 6.2.2.4.1.6.1. to specify that engine starting-up on petrol followed by switching to LPG or CNG after a predetermined period cannot be changed by the driver or the ADS, thereby allowing type approval of vehicles with Automated Driving Systems.
