Draft agenda for the first session of the Task Force on the 03 series of amendments to UN R40, scheduled for 9 October 2026. The session will include welcome remarks, introduction of participants, adoption of the draft agenda, and introduction of the Task Force establishment proposal. IMMA will present an overview of the 02 series of amendments based on UN GTR No. 2. The Task Force Co-Chairs will introduce a proposal on conducting discussions on the 03 series, addressing the regulation progressively with Co-Chairs defining specific sections for analysis at each meeting. The basis for discussions is the draft R40.03 submitted by IMMA. Future Task Force sessions are scheduled before EPPR sessions in November 2026, January 2027, February 2027, and June 2027.
