State of Certified Energy: The ratio of the currently usable energy of an REESS (battery pack) to its certified (original/nominal) usable energy, expressed as a percentage.

State of Certified Range: The ratio of the currently achievable range of an electric vehicle to its certified (original/nominal) range, expressed as a percentage.
