Industry position on adding a new footnote for paragraph 2.14. Industry states there is no need to add a new footnote because a footnote already exists for paragraph 2.13, this matter was thoroughly discussed in the IWG previously, and the current text was used for technical approval of numerous vehicles. Wording changes could lead to misinterpretations, questions and confusion. Industry does not support any changes in this context. Reference is made to document GRVA-07-53 which was agreed to in GRVA-07.
