57. The Chair of IWG on Vehicle Interior Air Quality (VIAQ) presented a status report on the ongoing activities of the group (GRPE-81-08). He detailed the proposed revision to Mutual Resolution No. 3 (M.R.3) as found in ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2020/16 containing new provisions to measure interior vehicle air quality, for example the description of the test procedure for emissions entering to the vehicle cabin with exhaust gases. 58. GRPE adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2020/16 and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.3 for consideration and vote at their November 2020 sessions as a proposal for Amendment 1 to M.R.3. |
