Item text: GRSP might wish to resume consideration of a revised proposal (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2020/8) tabled by the expert from the European Commission, on behalf of the drafting task force, to align UN Regulation No. 17 with the provisions of draft UN GTR No. 7, Phase 2, and to also integrate a proposal of amendment to the definition of integrated, detachable and separate head-restraints.
