Referring to the decision of the Administrative Committee to the 1998 Agreement (AC.3) at its November 2022 session (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1168, paragraph 157), GRSP agreed to suspend discussion on Amendment 3 to UN GTR No. 9 (Head form test) and to reengage as the new Amendment 4 when further information was available from the experts.
