Proposal for Supplement 4 to the 06 series of amendments to Regulation No. 49
Proposal to
align the requirements related to measurement equipment linearity verification with the Regulation No. 96,
adapt the requirements related to fuel injection malfunction monitoring (On-Board Diagnostic systems) to the current state of technology, and
correct the documentation requirements for off-cycle emissions.

This proposal (WP.29/2016/41) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 43 applying UN R49 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
