The proposed Mutual Resolution No. 2 (M.R.2) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2015/110) was submitted for consideration and vote, and was adopted on 12 November 2015 by consensus vote of the following Contracting Parties present and voting: Australia, Canada, European Union (voting for Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom), India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, South Africa, Turkey and the United States of America.
