38. The expert from EC provided an update on the ongoing study of the impact assessment of Euro 5 sound emissions level limits for L-category vehicles (GRBP-74-36).

39. Based on GRBP-74-44-Rev.1, GRBP adopted a list of main decisions (Annex VI) in accordance with silence procedure.

40. GRBP was informed that Mr. H. Berger (Switzerland) and Mr. M. Klopotek von Glowczewski (OICA) would no longer attend GRBP meetings, due to impending retirement. GRB thanked them for their valuable contributions and wished them success in the future.

41. Due to lack of time, GRBP postponed consideration of GRBP-74-18 to the next session.
