46. Agenda item 4.2.18, Regulation No. 48, in Supplement 3 to the 04 series of amendments, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2009/22 (adopted by WP.29/AC.1 at its March 2009 session), page 6, in paragraph 5.7.2.1., add at the end the sentence “This requirement shall not apply to a retro-reflector”.
