4.1. Status of the Agreement and of the annexed Regulations

41. The World Forum took note of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/343/Rev.18/Amend.1, Add.1 and Add.2, reflecting the status of the 1958 Agreement as of 18 June 2010. The World Forum requested the secretariat to update the document with the latest information provided by the Netherlands. The secretariat presented the information regarding the entry into force of the amendments adopted at the November 2009 and March 2010 sessions available at the websites:

42. The World Forum welcomed the availability of that information and its accessibility via the website. The secretariat was invited to keep these documents updated.
