UN R105: Proposal for Supplement 1 to 06 series of amendments

GRSG agreed to review the proposal to align the text of the Regulation with that of the new provisions of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), edition 2019, that had been adopted by the Working Party on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (WP.15).

This proposal (WP.29/2018/126) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-eight Contracting Parties out of the 48 applying UN R105 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-eight voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
