Proposal to delete provisions for electronic stability and brake-assist systems from UN R13-H as part of their transposition into new stand-alone regulations. This proposal also clarifies the requirements on electromagnetic compatibility via reference to Regulation No. 10.
This proposal (WP.29/2016/50) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 48 applying UN R13-H were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
