Proposal for Supplement 5 to the 05 series of amendments to Regulation No. 49
Proposal to amend the provisions of Annexes 9B and 9C (with respect to the on-board diagnostic communication protocol) and to clarify some concerns identified during the preparation of legislation implementing the Euro VI emission levels.
This proposal (WP.29/2011/124) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-two Contracting Parties out of the 40 applying UN R49 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-two voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
