For its fifty-eighth session, scheduled to be held in Geneva from 2 (starting at 2.30 p.m.) to 4 (concluding at 5.30 p.m.) September 2013, GRB noted that the deadline for submission of official documents to the secretariat was 7 June 2013, twelve weeks prior to the session. Moreover, the following provisional agenda was adopted:

3. Regulation No. 51 (Noise of M and N categories of vehicles):
(a) Development;
