Child Restraint Systems for Safer Transport of Children in Buses: Proposal for a new UN Regulation
Proposal for a new UN Regulation on the type approval of built-in Child Restraint Systems installed in vehicles of categories M2 and M3 class B and class III with regards to the securing of children from 40 – 150 cm in forward facing and rearward facing vehicle seats.
This proposal (WP.29/2023/135) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties to the 1958 Agreement were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-nine voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
