Proposal from GRSP to update provisions in line with the 03 series of amendments to UN R100, introduce optional requirements to enable the mounting of removable REESS in any orientation in order to enable safe deployment of swappable batteries, and correct the numbering of the explanatory notes to the new definition “specific voltage condition” in paragraph 2.47.
